Landbier. Haus Lager. 5% 

 

A California lager inspired by the local lagers of Franconia, Germany.  Featuring all California grown ingredients including Feldblume malt from Admiral Maltings and Triple Perle hops from Hoppin Raccoon Ranch.  Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered in horizontal tanks for a month.  Fresh baked garden berry pie with brown sugar and herb crust.

Hallowed. Helles lager. 5%


A quintessential pale lager that embodies the very definition of drinkability. Step-mashed with Weyermann Barke Pils and Munich malts. Kettle hopped with German Magnum and Mittelfrüh. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered in horizontal tanks until we couldn’t wait any longer. Subtle notes of fresh-baked rounds lightly drizzled in clover honey.

Decrepify. Munich Dunkel. 4.8%

 

The dark counterpart of Bavarian lagerbier. Step-mashed with a blend of 5 different German malts for maximum complexity, balanced by a touch of Magnum and Mittelfrüh hops. Natural carbonation captured by spunding and lagered for weeks in horizontal tanks. Unwind with caramel ribbon biscotti half-dipped in chocolate and a dusting of select Kona roast.

Palingenesis. German Pils. 4.9%

 

A refreshingly crisp and aromatically charged German-style Pils. Mashed with Weyermann Pilsner and Extra Pale Premium Pils malts. Generously hopped with late kettle and whirlpool additions of German Spalt Select hops. Naturally carbonated by spunding, and lagered in horizontal tanks until perfectly matured. Crispy country loaves, bunches of aromatic wildflowers, and a spritz of tangerine.

Antico. Italian Pils. 5.4% 

 

A crisp and extra pale lager with an intensely aromatic hop character derived from dry hopping with European hops. Step-mashed with a blend of Weyermann Pils and Extra Pale Premium malts. Hopped lavishly with German Spalt Select hops late kettle and a delicate dry hop with German Saphir. Spunded for natural carbonation, lagered in horizontal tanks and filtered early to emphasize the dry hop character. Join us at the table for slices of fresh baked rosemary focaccia lightly drizzled with ginger-lime infused olive oil.

Pariah. German Pils. 5.2% 

 

 A rich and flavorful modern interpretation of a Bavarian-style Pils. Mashed with a blend of Weyermann Pils and Admiral Maltings Pils malt. Kettle hopped generously with German Saphir. Natural carbonation and a hint of struck sulfur captured by spunding, and lagered in horizontal tanks until peak freshness was achieved. Cozy up for Elevenses with sleeves of crispy English biscuits and a cuppa bergamot tea.

Mahara. NZ Pils. 5.3% 

 

A bright and fruit forward New Zealand style Pils. Mashed with Weyermann Pilsner malt and hopped exclusively with Freestyle hops Nelson and Motueka in the late kettle, whirlpool and dry hop. She’ll be right with a zesty platter of lemon bars, sliced Key lime pie, and candied kiwi pavlova.

Can I bring outside food and drinks inside the brewery?
Food is always welcome, however any outside alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

Are kids allowed?
Yes, of course! We ask that children are supervised at all times and that they be mindful of staff and other guests.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes! We ask that all dogs be on a leash and any and all aggressive behavior or barking will be asked to move outside.

Will we be having events? Live music?
For all events, food trucks, etc, please check our social media or above on the schedule for information.

Our philosophy on beer is simple: utilize the tried and true methods identified in brewing history, and integrate them with modern technology and equipment; use the finest fresh ingredients available from local craft suppliers whenever possible; and create excellent beer that will taste familiar or be an entirely new experience for any patron that walks through our doors.
